Where do I buy tickets?

Right here. The final payment step hands off to our ticketing provider, everything before that stays on this site.

Are kids allowed?

No. Cross St Music Festival is strictly R18. Bring valid ID.

Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final. We do not provide refunds.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

The name is not essential. Bring your ticket and valid ID on arrival and you are fine.

Afterpay and Zip are both available at checkout.

Is the festival accessible?

Yes. The site is wheelchair accessible and we accommodate accessibility requirements. Email us beforehand and we will make sure it is sorted.

When does it start and finish?

Doors at 6pm, done by midnight. Full running order is on the timetable.
